1. Digital Consumable Goods
Tarot Lucky provides digital, consumable services in the form of AI-generated Tarot readings (including Question Credits, Monthly Prophecies, and Yearly Prophecies). Due to the immediate, digital nature of these services, and the fact that computational resources (API costs) are irrevocably consumed the moment a reading is generated,all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds, credits, or a replacement reading if you experience a verified technical failure on our platform that prevents you from receiving the service you purchased.
- A server error occurs after payment but before the reading is delivered.
- You are charged multiple times for a single transaction due to a technical glitch.
Please note that dissatisfaction with the contents of the reading does not qualify as a technical failure. As stated in our Terms of Service, all readings are for entertainment purposes only.
3. How to Request Assistance
If you believe you have experienced a technical error that warrants a review, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at tarotlucky@proton.me. Please include the email address associated with your account and any relevant transaction IDs.
